Inter V is a self-initiated concept I explored with Uche Divine. The idea was simple: in an AI world, you should be able to hand your job hunt to an AI and let it do the heavy lifting. Inter V tailored your resume, applied for you, and gave you smart, flexible tools for the parts you'd rather steer yourself.
Overview
Job hunting is a grind: rewriting the same resume for every role, filling in the same forms, keeping track of where you applied. Inter V took that work off your plate. It tailored your resume to each job and auto-applied on your behalf, so you could, in the words of the landing page, “layback and leave it to us”.
I led the design, and led Uche Divine along the way, across the brand, the web app, and the marketing site.

The challenge
Letting software apply for jobs in your name is a big ask. People needed to see what was happening, step in when something needed them, and switch between letting it run and doing it themselves without losing their place.
So the product had two jobs: run quietly in the background, and make the moments that need you impossible to miss.

Approach
The direction started simple and grew more elegant as we went. The final dashboard put both modes behind a single toggle, Auto and Manual, so you could let Inter V run or steer it yourself without losing your place. Your picks of the day sat alongside a “paste any job link” field, a count of jobs applied and your resume score.
The Resume lab carried the same idea through. Every resume had an ATS score with a breakdown of impact, brevity, style and soft skills, and you could switch between ATS-friendly templates at any point.
I was particular about one thing: it should feel magical. Inter V just did things for you. It scanned, it tailored, it applied, and glitter animations marked the key moments across the flow, so you could feel the work happening even when you weren't the one doing it.

Outcome
Inter V came together as a complete concept: a brand, a design system, a web app built around Auto and Manual modes, and a marketing site that said it plainly: “Built with AI, designed for job seekers.”
The smaller touches mattered too: a “paste any job link” field to start an application from any listing, curated Insights to help you land your next job, and an invite link so you could help a friend land their next role faster.
Leading it taught me how much of an AI product is about trust, and that a little delight goes a long way when the product's whole promise is doing the work for you.
